Harmonias Jewelry Return and Cancellation Policy

Return Conditions

  1. Return Period: You can return your products within 14 days of receiving them.
  2. Returnable Products: Returns are valid for products that are unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
  3. Non-Returnable Products:
    • Products that are damaged after delivery or deemed unsuitable for resale.

Return Process

  1. Return Request: You can submit your return request via our WhatsApp line at —-
  2. Return Shipping Label: After your return request is approved, you will receive a unique code. You can deliver the package to an UPS Cargo branch free of charge using this code.

Refunds

  1. Refund Method:
    • For bank transfers, refunds will be made to the IBAN number provided by you.
    • For online payments, refunds will be credited back to the card used for the purchase.
  2. Refund Timeline:
    • Online Payments: Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed on the same day and transferred to your bank. Your bank will reflect the refund in your account within 1–7 business days.
    • Bank Transfers (EFT): After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the IBAN number you provide on the following Thursday. Ensuring the accuracy of the IBAN is your responsibility.
  3. Return Shipping Fee:
    • If the product is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
    • In all other cases, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and Store Credit

  1. Exchanges: You can request a different product in exchange for the returned one. For exchange requests, please contact our customer service team.
  2. Store Credit: If you prefer, the refund amount can be issued as a coupon code for future purchases.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before the product is shipped. For cancellation requests, please contact our customer service team.
